Led by Marcus Kowal, a decorated fighter with almost 30 years of experience in martial arts. Everything from Kickboxing and boxing, to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, to MMA, and of course, Krav Maga. Marcus is passionate about empowering people and teaching them the technical skills to be safer and never be a victim.
This course can be done from the comfort of your home, by yourself or with a partner. For best results, it's recommended you have a partner to work with and eventually when you get to higher levels you will need a partner but don't let this be hurdle to learn the foundations of how to defend yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- MOVES: You will learn the technical skills. Each move is broken down into bite-sized, easily digestible chunks for you to understand the concept. You will be guided through each move and given directed instruction on how to successfully complete the move.
- DRILLS: You will be given strategic drills that go hand-in-hand with the moves. The drills will help commit the moves to muscle memory. When your adrenaline is pumping and your fight/flight/freeze response is activated, you NEED to be able to recall and perform the moves seamlessly. You don't have time to think about what comes next in the sequence. The drills are designed to help the moves become second nature to you.
- CLASSES: Now let's get a sweat on! You've learned the moves, you've practiced the drills, now let's put it all together in easy-to-follow, fun and engaging classes where you won't only get to practice your Krav Maga skills but you will also get a great workout. It's not your regular exercise class! New classes released every month until you get a full library of classes that will give you all the technical skills you need to defend yourself.
