All skills and techniques are broken down into easily digestible modules. The technique is demoed in real time, then slowed down, then you're walked through each individual piece of the technique. Marcus explains the reasons behind specific moves and the advantages of the move. You're then shown the technique both with a partner and solo.

All modules and techniques in them have corresponding drills so you can continue to practice the skills you just learned in the technical breakdowns. The drills include, aggression drills, stress drills, and more.

To ensure you put it all together and you train your fitness level as well, we include five full length Krav Maga lessons you can follow along to.
